Payment schedule:
Non-refundable deposit is needed to reserve your spot.
- Deposit of $600/person for double occupancy with shared bathroom*
- Deposit of $700/person for double occupancy with private bathroom
- Deposit of $800/person for single occupancy with shared bathroom*
- Deposit of $900/person for single occupancy with private bathroom
First payment of $1000/person is due on April 30th, 2025 and remaining balance is due on July 30th, 2025. There is $50 late fee if first payment or remaining balance is received after its due date.

The Retreat package does not include:
- International/Domestic Airfare
- Airport transfers (about 30 euro per person/trip)
- Passport fees, visa or any airport Fees etc
- Alcoholic beverages, wellness spa treatment, telephone calls and items of a personal nature
- Tips and gratuities
- Trip and health insurance, etc.
Cancellation Policy:
- If you must cancel your retreat, the required deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- With Om Yoga Center LLCs approval you may transfer (i.e. re-sell) your spots to a new client for $100 administrative fee.
- Full refund, less deposit, will be given if cancellation is made before April 30th, 2025. We apologize, but absolutely no refunds can be given for cancellations made after April 30th, 2025.
- Om Yoga Center LLC reserves rights to cancel the retreat. In case if Om Yoga Center cancels the retreat, payments including deposit will be fully refundable only to the enrolled clients at the time of cancellation.
- Om Yoga Center LLC s not responsible for any expense incurred in preparation for cancelled retreat. such expense include but not limited to airline tickets, travel visa, cost incur due to travel delays, flight cancellation or illness. We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect your investment.
- By paying the deposit for the retreat you are agreeing to our cancellation policy.
Please refrain from booking any flights until our retreat has met minimum requirement.
Liability Release, Waiver, Discharge, & Covenant not to sue:
Before being joining the yoga retreat, all participants must sign a liability release form, acknowledging that you know risks are involved, and that you nevertheless agree to hold no one else accountable for harm, injuries, or damages of any kind (whether from injury or illness or any loss). This release form stipulates that you agree not to sue your fellow attendees/students, the instructors, the trainers, and the land & facility owners/operators for injuries, illness, or harm/damages of any kind incurred while participating in the retreat. The form also gives permission to Om Yoga Center LLC to use all pictures/media during the retreats on our website and on other online platforms for marketing and promotional purposes. You will not be allowed to join the retreat if you don't sign the liability release form. You will loose any money that you have paid for the retreat.
Travel Insurance:
We highly recommend that you purchase trip insurance to protect your investment in case you need to cancel and receive a refund due to work or sickness. In addition to refunding your trip fees, it can also include medical evacuation coverage, medical expense coverage (remember that your USA based health insurance will not apply out side of USA) and reimbursement for lost, damaged or stolen luggage and personal effects.
Travelguard, Alllianz are some of the companies that provide affordable travel insurance. You might also be able to obtain coverage through your credit card or airline company. As always, please, be careful reading the fine print of what is and not covered by your trip insurance .
Retreat Center Location:
The retreat center is about 50 minutes drive from Marrakesh (Airport code: RAK). Its located at the foot of the Atlas mountains, in Ourika valley, with the average daily maximum temperature is 82°F and the average daily minimum is 64°F in September.
The retreat center is a traditional riad, a gorgeous Moroccan villa, located on a beautiful piece of land planted with fruit trees, palm trees, and a vegetable garden. This enchanting place, surrounded by olive trees, still lives with the rhythm of nature. The purity of the air, the invigorating smells, and the ochre soil interspersed with varied hues of green provide a wonderful opportunity to enliven the senses and to facilitate contemplation.
Retreat Center Accommodation:
The retreat center has several ecological buildings spread across its wide domain. Buildings are inspired by beautiful traditional earth architecture. Spacious domain of the retreat center has various terraces and peaceful places that allow you to relax. Rooms does not have air conditioning, fans can be provided on request.
We can accommodate you in a single, double rooms. All rooms include ensuite or adjacent bathrooms with complimentary towels for your comfort. All rooms are non-ac, fans can be provided on request.
Retreat Center Food:
Food is locally sourced, delicious organic produce.
All meals are prepared with care and love using local produce to create Moroccan and Berber cuisine that can cater to any food requirements including vegan, gluten or lactose-free. Each meal is prepared to be a therapy of healthy and tasty foods to nourish your body.
Retreat Center Facilities:
Yoga Shalas – The retreat center has 2 spacious yoga shalas, fully equipped with mats and all necessary supports including blocks, ropes, belts, blankets, Iyengar chairs, etc. It also has 2 rooftops where you can practice yoga while facing the magnificent Atlas Mountains — amongst the chirping birds and golden sunlight.
Garden – When walking through the retreat center garden, your senses will experience the purity of the air, the invigorating smells, the chanting of birds, and the red soil sprinkled with varied hues of green. The stone trails, framed with thyme and lavender hedges, lead you to browse our lantana bushes, rose trees, agave plants and exotic flowers. During the day, the garden transforms magically with the alternation of light. You can catch both the dazzling sunrise and sunset from the rooftop terraces, while the night reveals a clear starry sky framed by the Atlas Mountains.
Pool, Petanque & Tennis– The pool is available for those who enjoy swimming & sunbathing. The pétanque pitch provides a nice space for entertainment amongst friends. Whereas the tennis court offers fun competition for experienced players (please bring your own racket and appropriate shoes for clay courts).
And More – including hammam, oil massage as well as shiatsu sessions are available at extra charge. Cultural activities comprise cooking class, bread making, calligraphy sessions, pottery workshops, hiking etc
