Ayurvedic Yoga Four Weeks Summer Series

According to Ayurveda summer is Pitta season and is predominately characterized by the elements of fire and water. As we move into summer, we accumulate hot, oily, and sharp qualities of pitta dosha in our body and mind. In this six weeks series we will learn how Ayurvedic yoga approach to keep your inner balance throughout the Summer Season. Students gathered to learn about specific asana, pranayama, and meditation that helps to reduce the excess of pitta and are cooling and grounding in nature.

Every Thursday From July 25- August 15, 2024  from 6:00pm-7:00pm CST

Cost :

  • $33 for whole series
  • $10 for individual class
