Testimonials:

I just completed Ayurvedic Yoga Therapeutics Module, Energetic of Asanas with Arpita. It is not about what the pose looks like from the outside. It is about the flow of energy from the inside. What an eye opener! Her knowledge about yoga and Ayurveda is limitless it just keeps coming. 2 and half days of training but not for the single second I felt like it was boring. At the end of the day, I did not want to leave, I wanted to keep going. Arpita’s passion and energy is contagious. I learned so much. I recommend everyone should do this module, you will be glad you did. - Anita D., 2024 Ayurvedic yoga therapy student

It was an amazing workshop/training - so much good information. It helps you look at yoga asanas in a whole new way. - Debbie T., 2024 Ayurvedic yoga therapy student
