In this workshop we will learn:
- Learn about the fall characteristics found in nature and in our bodies and how to balance them.
- Applying Ayurvedic principles to asana practice.
- Ayurvedic Nutritional and lifestyle guidelines for the fall season
- Create a seasonal daily routine and self care practice
