Testimonials:
What a fantastic trip and yoga retreat! This retreat brought a completely different perspective for me with an introduction to Ayurveda through the workshops along with a deeper dive into chakra studies. I look forward to furthering my practice utilizing the knowledge I gained as well as making Ayurvedic lifestyle adjustments to optimize my health, nutrition and well-being. The yoga classes were a perfect combination of challenging and relaxing in an intimate and peaceful setting. Arpita and her team are true professionals. With the informative and detailed pre-retreat meetings, Facebook group postings, and consistent communication, I felt at ease knowing what I needed to do to prepare for the trip. I thoroughly enjoyed the retreat's itinerary and even more appreciated Arpita's encouragement to rest, relax and take time for yourself. The Bagus Jati retreat center could not have been better for it! Not only did the staff epitomize hospitality and went out of their way to accommodate, the food was amazing along with the spa and lodging accommodations. Looking forward to Thailand 2019! - Katie J., 2018 Bali Yoga Retreat
While attending the retreat in Bali 2018, a fellow attendee told me that with each of her retreat experiences, a little piece of her heart is changed and that the change, no matter how subtle, continues to enrich her life each day. I’ll be honest, when I heard this I was so wrapped up in the experience of being in Bali (Bali!!!) I thought the comment was a little misplaced. I had adventures to seek; amazing things to see. Now that I am home and have the time to process what I experienced, I understand the nuance and wisdom in her words. Until this trip, I have never given myself the chance to be nourished. To be encouraged by a group of empowering, amazing women stretching the limits of comfort, and supporting each other along the way. Not just to go to exotic places. Not to do extraordinarily amazing yogic feats. But, instead, to feel joy. To be at peace. To be thankful. To just, be. Arpita has done such a wonderful job of preparing a safe space for her students, and friends, to come together and experience all the aspects of yoga, Ayurveda, and fellowship. It is a blessing and a gift and I am thankful life has provided me with the opportunity to attend one, and hopefully many more, of her retreats. - Sara D. - 2018 Bali Yoga Retreat
Thank you, Arpita for an amazing journey. I was so happy and blessed to spend this time with all of you. The retreat was well organized and truly amazing. And thank you as well for the class notes. These will be very helpful in both my personal practice, as well as teaching journey. - Eileen L. - 2018 Bali Yoga Retreat
