A Yoga Therapy sessions are different than your regular group yoga classes as it will be an individualized approach to suit your specific needs, abilities and take into account your current lifestyle and commitments. The session is performed on a one to one basis using traditional Yogic principals and tools such as proper use of breath, sound, specific movements, meditation and mindfulness to assist you with achieving your goals. Yoga Therapy is not a replacement for western methods of treatment, but it often can actually improve a person’s conditionYoga therapy can effectively address:
